Introduction

Welcome to my little speck of stardust in this vast universe, where I, the Old Town Witch, delve into the interconnected realms of spirituality, wellness, and personal growth.

Earth: “Grounding Myself in the Practical World”

I’m a neurodivergent, 50-something British woman, currently living in rural USA, still figuring out how to navigate a world that doesn’t quite fit me.

I live alone, nestled in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by florida jungle, slowly working toward building a home and a sense of community.

I dream of creating a thriving garden someday, where I can feel deeply connected to the Earth around me.

At my core, I’m an artist, drawn to working with a variety of mediums—from pen and ink to paint and recycled materials, with too many passions to list. My creativity also extends to crafting my own blends of teas and beauty products.

I long for a life that feels safe, secure, and full of warmth—one that nurtures my artistic spirit.

I’m not there yet, but the vision is clear.

Air: “Breathing Life into My Thoughts and Plans”

As I navigate the transition into my crone era, I feel a growing need to question what society normalizes.

My goal is to make sense of the chaos, both within myself and the world around me.

With limited resources and an ever-active mind, I’ve been drawn into a deeper search for understanding—beyond the surface level of what’s often presented to us.

Through this space, I’ll explore the intersection of spirituality, personal growth, wellness, and the external world. Here, you’ll find my personal insights, the tools I use, and the experiences that have shaped me, as I try to understand how these areas influence each other and shape who we are.

I invite you to join me on this journey of discovery and growth. Together, we can learn from each other, share our experiences, and embrace the wisdom that comes from questioning the world around us.

Water: “Diving into My Spiritual Understanding”

My spiritual path is rooted in the four elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—which I believe represent key aspects of the human experience. These elements form the bedrock of my beliefs and understanding.

Tarot has been an integral part of my spiritual practice for over three decades. It not only shapes my spirituality but also serves as a tool for self-exploration and personal growth. Through tarot, I gain insights into my psyche and navigate the complexities of my personality.

I don’t believe in rigid labels or a “one-size-fits-all” approach to witchcraft. No one can tell you how to be a witch. It’s a deeply personal, “build-your-own” spirituality, as complex and unique as you are.

The only thing that might unite us is the pursuit of knowledge—the constant desire to learn and grow.

While my practice draws heavily from nature and the elements, my path is uniquely my own.

I encourage you to explore your own spiritual journey, knowing there’s no single “right” way to practice.

I still have so much to discover, and I’ll be sharing and exploring what I find.

Fire: “Igniting My Passions and Drives”

Beyond my craft, I’m deeply passionate about understanding people, communities, and societies—what drives us, what divides us, and how we might find solutions to the world’s many challenges.*

Alongside my spiritual pursuits, I delve into the far-reaching effects of patriarchy and capitalism on mental health. I’m particularly interested in how these systems undermine the importance of feminine energy.

My reflections are grounded in personal experience. I approach these topics with a mindset of growth, continuously learning and evolving as I unpack these complex systems.

What excites me is the search for deeper understanding—whether it’s through witchcraft, mental health, or how our communities function. These are all threads in a broader tapestry of human experience, and I believe exploring them together will help us grow.

No matter what draws you here—be it witchcraft, mental health, or a lover of  art & crafts —I invite you to join me on this journey.

While each of our paths is unique, our collective exploration enriches us all.
